I have been battling this issue with the realty company (The Courtyard, under Landco Nueva Ecija) for about a year now. They still haven't given me the title of the lot I purchased so I can have it register under my name. Every time I ask them about the development they always have an excuse, I am already so pissed off that I want to storm their office and kick them all there for being parasites! (But of course, I can't do that.hahahhaha!) Seriously, can I file a case against them? If yes, what is it? Thanks very much.
