atty,nahatulan po ung friend ko ng 1month and 1 day dahil sa kasong malicious mischief,,,lumabas po ung order nung 2009,umalis siya ng bansa2008,kya d po cya nkaappeal,umuwi cya ng bansa jan,2011 at ngfile po ng MR,,kya d po naserve ung warrant of arrest,,,lumabas po ung order denying the MR,nung nkaalis na po siya ulit,,tnong ko po atty kc gusto po nya umuwi pra iserve ung sentence,,kso po nttakot kc me ngsabi na pinawatchlist po cya nung complainant,,upon arrival po ba huhuliin at idedetain cya ng BI at kung sakali po nserve nya po ung sentence mkkaalis pa po b cya pra mangibang bansa? thank you and God Bless

have someone make an inquiry at the bureau of immigration

if it was in the watchlist of BI,would she be arrested immediately by the bureau officials atty?

gandang hapon po Atty,
gusto ko lang po malaman kung hanggang kailan yung watchlist order sa may pending case na R.A. 9262 and Concubinage? Aug. 2011 po nakaalis ung kaibigan ko papuntang ibang bansa to work, then Sept. 8, 2011 nagpadala sila ng kopya n ipinawatchlist nila yung kaibigan ko. Gusto n po ng kaibigan ko n bumalik sa pinas para asikasuhin yung papers nya sa bagong inaaplayan, kaso natatakot po sya n baka di na sya makaalis ng Pilipinas? Ano po ba pwedeng mangyari kung umuwi sya ng pinas?

max 4 mos, then you can process lifting of order. or wait for BI to do it themselves, but they might take forever to do it

Atty for estafa case how long po before k makapagrequest ng lifting ng order and how much po ang legal fee for that. Thanks in Advance po.

hi atty thanks for ur reply. so its 5 years po for the hdo. is there anyway i cud ask to remove the hdo for me. so i cud leave the country. Ano po ang pwedeng gawin?
