Arresto Menor

nagsampa po aq ng RA9262 laban sa aking asawa,kasal po kmi at may 2 anak,nag aabroad po xa at walang sustento kming natatanggap mag iina dahil may kabit po xa.binigyan po aq ng office of the city prosecutor ng letter of resolution at me docket# na po.ano po ang susunod kong hakbang upang mahold po sya malapit na kc ang bakasyon nia dto sa pinas at ayaw ko na po na maka alis xa dhil wala rin nmn kming napapala ng mga anak nia at ibang babae lang ang nagkakapera...maraming salamat po sana po ay matulungan nyo aq:)

Arresto Mayor

go to the POEA and OWWA and file a complaint of non-support and show them the court order para pag uwi nya ipapatawag ang husband mo and they will order him to comply with the court order, coz if not they have the authority not to give him a clearance to go out of the country. actually ipapatawag ka din ng POEA para ipagharap kayo to settle things. good luck.
