Arresto Menor

I am writing this letter to inquire from you the legal way for a program-project based individuals/group of individuals who work only for 3 months (renewable depending on the availability of barangay funds and their performance) as agreed by the Sangguniang Barangay. I need your legal advice particularly the documents that we need to avoid issues.

Any legal advice is very much appreciated. Question
