I would like to ask about the local labor processes.. If I may file an illegal dissmisal case against my former employer, how long will it ussually or normally take for the decision to come out? And one more thing, do you have an idea of how much would be the fees for the damages for moral, exemplary and etc.. I have no lawyer yet, but I really want to file a case to prove that I am innocent. Hope to hear from you soon and I would like to thank you in advance..
