Hi, we put up a home-based like center just a small center having a foreign client. He handles all finances and we are for the management of the small center. He gives us commands and we relay it to the agents.
He didn't require us to get documents like BIR and so because it is only a project based account and we need to try that first before we apply for anything he said. but for the internet connection it is required to get DTI Cert. That's the only certificate we have. But was already canceled since the company is already closed.
He hold 2 weeks of the salary having the salary dispense every 15th-30th. However on the latter end there's always a delay in transferring funds.
Contracts were also given to the agents clear that it a commission based salary, no allowances, no holiday pays and government mandated pays. The agents agreed and signed. Most of the agents resigned, awoled and now they are coming back because of the hold salary they still have where the client didn't payed because of the low quality of their work. What can advise about this. We don't have any contact with the foreign client anymore.
