gud morning po...ask ko lng Atty kung may nalabag bang batas ung officemate ko na gumamit ng surname nung boyfriend nya sa facebook...the guy told her to use his surname sa facebook...now the ex-wife is texting her that they will file a libel case against my officemate for using her ex-husbands surname in a social networking site...and because of the txt messages she's now confined in the hospital for breakdown...thanks in advance...

i don't think a libel case will prosper, possibly the anti-alias law
