estafa case for my 18 year old son?

i would like to ask an advise from your office regarding the case of my son in his school. My son is John Lemuel M. Llamera, 18 years old and taking up caregiving at Robetech Institute Binan. The incident happened last May 4, 2009 two weeks before the last day of class. That time my son was at his classmates house, Margareth. He was with his classmates (harvey and rona) , They were there because they are reviewing for the final demo. After sometime Lorna her classmate came and asking for the landline number of margareth, harvey gave the number and my son who was sitting near the phone answered when the phone rang. Lorna told Lem (my son) that it was her aunt. she told lem, that its robetech office. so when the aunt asked if that is robetech, lem said yes. And she was asked by lorna to read the statement of account which she asked from Cathy the school registrar and cashier. In the statement of account, there were over pricing. After my son read the statement of account. they continued reviewing. After how many minutes the phone rang again and it was margareth who answered the phone , and confirming that it was robetech upon the request of lorna. on the third call, they said it was robetech and asking if there is by the name of lem. and the caller was robetech staff. So they were caught. They called the three students facing the aunt of lorna. and discuss this matter. No case was built. the aunt was even apologetic because of what Lorna created. May 5, Miss Marlo Belizario called me and asked me to see her on her office because my son did a grave offense, that is misrepresentation and connivance. we had a meeting, MIss cielo witnessed it, the three students are there, margareth, lorna lem and me. Lorna asked for forgiveness and admitted she was the one who planned for it and asked cathy to include it in the account. I was so angry because i felt so embarrassed and because of initial anger, i became impulsive in front of them i told them that i will not help my son, since he is already 18 i wanted him to finish what he started. without my son's knowledge i talked with Miss Marlo, i am telling her just to give lem lesson. I wasnt expecting they will hold my son's school activities and exams. to the point they made a verbal suspension. and what they told me, is that they should not be rushed even if takes 2months. I begged from these people, my son's instructress, the witness miss cielo, miss marlo, to forgive lem...it was the first time my son was included on this case. Never on his entire schooling he was involved on any malicious doing. Until i asked them to make everything in black and white so at least i know up to when we will wait and what to expect. They did sent me a letter ( letter from the school below) and from the letter they were asking for a meeting and an incident report. which my son did. After the meeting Mr. Joseph Revereza called me and told me that they are focusing on lorna since she was the brain of everything. So i asked him what was the verdict. he told me that my son is suspended from shcool activities and exam no NC test. that i have to wait on the third week of may, they will send a letter regarding the resumption of my sons activity plus that we will shoulder the expenses for the supervisor for the OJT, because they like that there will be a supervisor to go along with them and we will pay for it. Third week had passed, i texted them asking for the development. no calls no letter no reply from their side. Until last week, i decided to email the concerns TESDA i seek for their advise regarding my son's case. We did had a meeting yesterday, with Engr. Gesmundo and he was kind enough to listen to my son and to my questions. My question are these? Do they have the right to prolong the case? and have my son's future hanged? what was their right to hold my son's future for long and they cant decide on it, and that we have to wait for two months and then shoulder the expenses, my sons tuition fee was fully paid. WAs there any violation of human rights ? Where is the estafa case on the incident? Can i file case against the officials of the schools? My son was humiliated a lot, not only that, he had anxiety and would not talk with me, thinking i didnt do anything to help him. Im a mother, who wanted something good for my son, and i appreciate people who can mold my son better. But with these people, with my beggings from them and with every tears that my son shed begging them, that he wanted to finish...are their human? What was the purpose and they are doing this to my son? And, is my son the direct principal on this incident ? they already heard the story and Lorna admitted her fault...WHY CANT THEY LET GO OF MY SON? School's letter... Based on the initial finding, and considering the seriousness of the offense you are temporarily suspended from attending on the job training and other school activities including return demo and final exams. Furthermore, you are hereby required to explain in writing (enlish or tagalog) why you should not be expelled from this school for serious misconduct and charge with conspiracy to commit Estafa and or other cases.
