Hi I was charged by Oral Defamation by my neighbor.I uttered "Gago" and "Tanga" to my neighbor out of anger and displeasure because they wouldnt want to move their vehicle for me to pass from my garage. (They parked their vehicle in front of their house and along the street.)
1. May I know how strong their case is?
2. i don't have any idea on how much do I need to spend to defend myself in court.
3. Am I eligible to charge them too for danyos perwisyos? Attending in court is troublesome.
4. may I know for some other ways to prevent them from parking their vehicle infront of their house. During emergency situation time is important, thats why we wouldnt want them blocking the driveway.
