ask ko lang po may kinakasama ako ngaun may asawa xa pero hiwalay na cla may 2 cla anak,seaman po kinkasama ko atty,may anak na din kami 4mos boy,ask ko lang po kase naghahabol mrs nya although di naman nagpapabaya sa sustento,ngaun gusto ng girl na idemanda kami,at patanggalan ng license bf ko as seaman,ano po pwede laban ng bf ko dun sa ikakaso sa min,posible po ba na makulong kami pareho?tnx po sana matulungan nyo po ako,advance meri xmas po,and god bless

jayel16: even though he is sending financial support to his kids, your live in partner can still be sued at PRC coz there is a morality clause for merchant marine officers & marine engineers. its a long process but it is possible. My friend is a chief mate before which has the same case as yours. If that happens your live in partner cant board any ships bound for overseas or local trade. I suggest you guys get a lawyer which has knowledge or experience at PRC hearings.

Go to PRC some of the employees there can recommend you one.

ganun po ba,pwede po ba nya idahilan na niloko din xa nung wife nya kc pinakasalan nya buntis at alam po nya kanya yung bata,and 3yrs old na yung bata before pinagtapat sa kanya pero tanggap nya yung bata,kaya po xa humiwalay dun sa girl.tnx po

actually sabi nun friend ko its a long process na both sides will be given time to defend themselves. but applying to suspend a PRC license of someone ain't that easy, as i've said its a long process but possible. just wait for the summons from the PRC coz u haven't received one yet.

but if u want to be prepared & don't want to spend much. for now u can go to any lawyer that u might know or your relatives know were u can seek legal advice kasi may sariling rules ang PRC.

remember i'm not a lawyer i'm just telling u this based sa experience ng friend ko.
