Our Local Government Unit sends Athletic Students to
Bohol, Philippines for the Central Visayas Regional
Athletic Meet,they will represent our Local Government, my questions
are the following:
1) Can the Local Government provide them travelling
allowance even they are not government officials per Executive Order no. 298?
2) If not, please advice me what I can do to provide
their expenses during the tournament.
