May I know what are the grounds for oral defamation please?

If nag away kayo verbally and nagsigawan kayo ng "Bastos Ka" or "Walang Modo" inside a room pero narinig ng iba na nasa labas ng room at inawat kayo nung marining na nagsisigawan na kayo. Pwede bang magdemanda ng Oral Defamation yung isang party if feeling nya nabastos sya kasi dinuro sya nung sinisigawan sya despite the fact na nanigaw din sya hindi nga lang sya nanduro?

yes, it is possible. oral defamation is the utterance of a defamatory remark which is heard publicly.

Atty. is it possible that the other party may file also an Oral Defamation Case since nasigawan din sya? Bale, mag file yung both parties against each other? If may merit pareho, - i-offset lang ba ng court or pareho silang maparusahan?

Ano po ba ang parusa sa Oral Defamation originating from sigawan pag nakainitan or nagkainisan?

it won't be offset. if it can be determined who first committed it, that's the on who is likely to be convicted.
