I hope anyone of you could help me out on this.
There is no question that the heirs can issue a SPA over a person to sell a real property to another person/entity. Is this also the same with an extrajudicial settlement? Can the heirs assign someone to sign the extrajudicial settlement for and in their behalf?
The document is actually an extra judicial settlement with sale.
