Ok I will try this again. My sister was a vp at local bank, and my loan officer was seeing some unusual and wrong things going on with bank and bad notes with wrong names appearing and such so my loan officer quit. Two weeks to the day after 2wks of harassing my sister to join the witch hunt you might call it. She had been arguing with pres on daily basis and he had gone so far as to say a few things to another loan officer and we will never what he was told but daily they had a bone to pick with my sister; auditing her account pulling up her checks and really being dificult.. Two weeks to the day other loan officer quit she was fired, and she let me know about 10 am that day, within two hours pres had already called me to let me know if I wanted to keep my house I would be in his office that day. So, in order to cover my own I was there and went along with almost all his picking our mortgage apart and redoing every loan we had and our mortgage 3 more times with a 11 % apr and 5yr note and a balloon from hell. We had banked at bank for quite some time and had always paid on time and usually early no problems what so ever. My husband and I both had scores of 700+ and had only lived in our new home 2yrs by the time the last mortgage was going to be written. The 800 we had paid for 2yrs wasnt applied we borrowed 75k and they were writing a mortgage of 98k and any payments we had made on livestock looked like a negative balance. So, a 12k note was now 19k and our home balance with interest was 152000. With monthly meetings and interegations every time pres wanting to know where my sister worked and so on, it was a good day when he didnt call. With all the BS we were at wits end so we filed chapter 13 just trying to hold on. We have made 7 payments and were served again this week for local county foreclosure which is BS but , Im done. Other than predatory lending, discrimination, harrasment , and white collar crime what else can I su him for . Where do we start, and at what illegal deed do we really wanna go for?
