Hi... i badly need advice

my parents were legally married. but due to misunderstandings between them and their families.. my mother lived separately from my father when i was over a year old and my mom 2 months pregnant to my sister... according to my mom he did send financial assistance to us.. and then it just stopped... now i am 26 and i thought of looking for my father.. we went to see him last friday.. and sadly he's dead 5 years ago.. then we found out that he married someone else and adopted a child who is now about 10 years old...

now all i demanded was for me to get the original copy of the death certificate of my father that we can use for whatever legal purpose it can help us with.. however the mistress hesitated and said she cannot that she can only provide us with a xerox copy... somehow the silence in me broke out into anger... now i want to go after all what my father's left.. after all i am the legitimate child including my sister..

now my questions are:

1. where do i get an authenticated copy of my father's death certificate.. he's from malolos bulacan.. but the other woman she went with lives in Zambales.. and that's where he's also buried...

2. do i have the right to go after all my father's left if there are any?

3. how do i know that there my father have properties i can go after?

4. if they were able to buy properties when he was together with this other woman...do i have the right to claim them?

5. if there were properties in both their names... or even in the name of the other woman acquired during their time together.. do i still have the right to claim them?

6. how about money in the banks under his or both their names?

7. what rights does the other woman have and their adopted daughter if there are any?

please help me...
i am so confused...hurt and sad and i dont know what to do... i live here in zamboanga city with my mother ans sister now.. and we plan to go to zambales this decmber 18...

please help us..
