I really need your advice AttyLLL regarding this matter. I want to purchase a house and lot and want to note beside my name at DOAS or CTS "as her exclusive paraphernal property" since I don't want my ex husband name at the property that I will purchase and he also agreed for this plan since he told me that it is my own money to use.
We are not legally separated yet but I will file for judicial separation of property and he agreed for that this coming month.
My question is..Is it possible to note that on Contract to Sell and Deed of Absolute Sale as this is also the advise of the developer but I really need to clear first for someone who are really expert when it comes to Philippine Law.
