AttyLLL its me again, anyway ask lang po ako ng advice regarding this contract
1. That the purchase price of the Land is One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 150,000.00) payable on installment basis, One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 100, 000.00) as advance payment. Upon execution of this document, the remaining balance shall be paid on or before December 2013;
2. Upon signing of this contract the Seller shall Endorsed the Lot Title to the Buyer.
3. That upon full payments of the remaining balance, the Seller shall execute the final Deed of Sale in favor of the Buyer.
4. That upon full payments of the remaining balance on December of 2012, the Seller shall transfer Title of the Land, subject matter of this contract in favor of the Buyer at the expense of the Seller.
5. That upon full payments of the remaining balance on December of 2013, the Seller shall transfer Title of the Land, subject matter of this contract in favor of the Buyer at the expense of both parties.

tama po ba ung Number 4 & 5 ko? or dapat indented siya ng Number 3 as a. and b. respectively?
