Hi, please answer:

In a deed of absolute sale for a real estate property, is the amount indicated the list price or the total contract price? Total contract price includes VAT (if applicable) and miscellaneous fees.

For example: VAT-inclusive ordinary asset sold for TCP of 3.5M inclusive of 12% VAT and 5% misc fee. Should the amount indicated in the DOAS be 2,991,453 (w/o VAT & misc fees) or 3.5M?

Thanks for any help!
