is a non compliance of signed contract can be considered a breach of contract?i already signed an employment contract with the agency since july,but up to now i was not departed.they told me my visa was rejected by the host country.then,why they took 3,000pesos from me for processing fee.my medical papers is already six months overdue.iam already financially drown and my children's college fees are at stake.for my job chances to other employer was hampered with the passport being surrendered to them in exchange of employment.
