I would like to ask for an advice re the unpaid hoa fees, there is a letter stating that the furnitures and alike will be pulled out by the sheriff due to unpaid fees. Family is willing to settle, however they wont be able to pay the full amount instead a fixed amount per month is being promised. The hoa president however only wants the family to pay half of the amount.
My questions -
Is it legel to pull out furniture due to unpaid hoa fees?
Is it legal forhe hoa president to dictate how much the family should initially pay even with the current family condition which was explained to him?
