this certain person mortgage a house and lot for 700,000 pesos to me. she wasnt able to settle the amount at the stated time so i sued her for estafa and to top it all the title was confirmed at the ROD that it was a fake copy. i already filed a complaint at the local prosecutors office but to no avail and slow action. there is still no action from the fiscal. three months have already passed..still no action has been done by the fiscal.what should i do?
