I have recently been diagnosed with stress related anxiety disorder, Depression and dissosciative disorder, I would like to prosecute a guy that i believe has taken advantage of me, i dont remember the entire event but i do know that he picked me up and took me over an hour away from my home, gave me alcohol and took advantage of me. I do not remember 90% of what happened because of my mental condition, but i feel that he manipulated me... do i have a case to prosecute him?
