We are a small scaled medical transcription company. Due to unpredictable load of work from our clients, we have decided to hire employees on a contractual basis. But can't decide whether to give them a 5-month, 6-month or 1-year contract would be legal. And if this so, should a 1 month break be given to them if we decide to renew their contracts?

Also, is it true that numerous renewal of contracts is not legal? In which case, how many renewals should be made before contract employee be made regular?

Need some legal advices badly. Thanks.
