First of all very thankful po ako at meron ganitong site para matulungan ang mga katulad kong inosente pagdating sa mga legal matters very educated po tlaga at maraming akong natutunan.
(BP22 case)
Tanong ko lang po kung paano ang tamang procedure ng pagffile ng affidavit of Desistance? ,. May bayad po ba ang filling nito at sa tingin nyo magkano ? at kapag nafile po ba ito , gaano katagal ko makukuha yung copy ? after ko po ba makuha yung copy it means dismiss na ba yung kaso?

nag file po kasi ng BP22 case sa kin yung complainant .nkareceived po ako ng subpoena from mkati fiscal office.pumunta po ako sa fiscal office and nag settle kami nung complainant kaso sabi ng fiscal kahit daw nagsettle kami. iffile pa rin daw nya yun.kya kylangan magfile ng desistance nung complainant. ako po yung pinagbabayad ng affidavit of desistance nung complainant.tpos sya na magffile, wala po kasi akong knowledge sa deisitance eh paki educate po ako atty.

san po ako pwede kumuha ng copy ng desistance if ever na hinde dumating yung copy after a month? what specific office po? san ko po pwede iverify kung my nakafile na nga na affidavit of desistance?
