Republic Act 9048 Help (change of name or clerical/typographical error) Help

an act authorizing the city or municipal civil registrar or the consul general to correct a clerical or typographical error in an entry and/or change of first name or nickname in the civil register without need of a judicial order, amending for this purpose articles 376 and 412 of the civil code of the philippines.

(passport law is to follow the information in your birth certificate) means kung anu po ang nakalagay sa birth certificate mo ay yun ang ilalagay sa passport which is JR nga po ang nakalagay sa aking birth certificate even all my documents is III.

certified copies, original copies, copies?

in my opinion that should be a court petition and it will take about 3 mos to a year.
