Force marriage

I have a friend in need of help. She’s being forced by her parents to marry her ex-BF whom she’s no longer in love with. She’s already 28 years old and with an illegitimate son to a married man. She’s currently residing with her parents in Mindoro. Her parents together with her ex-BF, they threatened to harm her son and take him away from her if she doesn’t cooperate. When she tried to report a complain in their local Brg. Their Brg. Captain refused to document her complains and tries to manipulate her into submitting to her parents will instead. She’s also being followed by a man and under surveillance against her will to prevent her from leaving their town. When she attempted to go out of town she was stopped against her will by the stalker. When she tried to report a complain in their Municipal Town Hall the man stalking her intervened saying they are doing it for her own good and the authority in charge was also coaxed into not accepting and not recording her complain.

What’s happening to our freedom here in the Philippines?

What can my friend do in her situation?
