1.i am legally adopted child.
2.my mother has no parents at all.
3.my mother is single.
4.my father is married to the other woman.
5.my father and mother lived together for more than 20 years.
6.my mother owned and entitled a lot of properties.
7.she is using her surname and stated SINGLE on these title of properties
8.my mother died WITHOUT a will and testament.
9.I AM THEIR ONLY CHILD.
10.i am 21 and single.
QUESTION
1. DO THE SIBLINGS OF MY MOTHER HAVE THE RIGHT TO TRANSFER ANY of her LAND TITLE TO THEIR NAME?
2. DOES MY FATHER HAVE THE RIGHT TO TRANSFER ANY of MY MOTHER'S LAND TITLE TO HIS NAME?
3. IS IT TRUE THAT I AM THE ONLY HEIR OF MY MOTHER?
