PLEASE HELP!!!
My grandfather died last year leaving us without a will a land with fruits. The land's title and deed is still named to his mother and he never transferred it to his name. He had sons from other women but he never married. Technically, we are the intestate inheritors but we don't know what to do. If all of the intestate inheritors agreed to sell the land can we sell it without transferring the ownership to us?
