Hi there! tatanong ko lang po kung how much ang bale ng Physical Injury or Serious Physical Injury pati na rin po ang Attempted Murder. Please help me po. Thank u so much. Very Happy

is there an actual case filed against you? in bgy, prosecutor, or court? but bail is required if there is a warrant of arrest issued against you.

not against me po..against my brother po.. yes he already have warrant of arrest..but we still didnt know how much. is it depend on the complainant?

i don't have an idea but normally it is stated in the warrant of arrest how much the cash bond you are going pay..That cash bond will be refunded to you daw i don't know also when...Then if you want to decrease the cash bond you have to ask a certificate of indigent/indigency from you barangay then you will submitted it to the RTC..im not totally sure what's the next step.. Im sure ATTYLLL can explain further..thanks

you should send someone to the court to inquire and get a copy of the resolution and inquire about the bail amount recommended.
