wrongly dated receipt

Gud day,atty..June 15,2011 nagrant po ang loan ko sa ASSET Lending amounting 6k tapos mgiging 7200 with the interest...Sept 15,2011 po ng magfully paid ako ng 1,540..and then signed an application for my renewal..3 days processing daw po un..on the third day early in the morning pumunta po ung collector sa bahay telling me na hindi pa raw sila maggagrant ng renewal and other loan dahil marami daw silang bad debts.November 1,2011, nagpunta ang manager ng ASSET lending sa bahay at sinisingil ako ng 5K plus..hindi pala nireremit ng collector ang mga payments ko..Since matagal na po yon, naitapon ko na po yong mga inissue na resibo for my weekly payments pero nahanap ko yong resibo nong nagfully paid po ako pero don po sa resibo 2009 po ung nakalagay na date..ano po ang gagawin ko atty prinipressure po akong bayaran yong 5K plus na balance daw..sana po matulungan nyo ako..More power to you..
