Post dated check

Hello po..may utang po ang brother ko sa friend ko last 2012..before nagrelease ng money ang friend ko,pinabigay nya ako ng post dated checks.Sa kamamadali ko, nakalimutan ko ng lagyan ng date and pdc,basta pumirma na lng ako para marelease na ang money. After that, my friend received payments already from my brother. hindi pa nga lang tapos until now.ngayon, tinatakot nya ako na ideposit na daw nya ang check kung hindi rin ako makabayad sa utang ko sa kanya kasi may utang din ako sa kanya though, I constantly pay her partially. I told her naman after few months that I released the pdc that it is already closed. Now, my question is that, can she still sue me because of that check? Ilang ulit ko naman sinabi sa kanya before na close na yon
