I'm interested to start small business, an ONLINE ENGLISH SCHOOL that allows at least 10 Employees to start. However, I am still confused of the step by step procedures to complete the requirements. I talked to few FREE legal adviser but seem not very well knowledgeable. I truly appreciate any reliable advice.

don't call it a school. a tutoring service.

first, register with DTI. then BIR, Mayor's Office, SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, Bgy Clearance

From the mayor's office, you will be required sanitation permit, fire dept, etc.

from first month, be prepared to submit monthly reports and remittances.
