May i know all the risks regarding the SALE of the lot??
Here is the proposal of the buyer..
the buyer will pay 25% of the total amount of the the lot, and
together with the documentations (the tax, bir, transfer of the lot title
to their name, etc..) costs they will shoulder it also..which to be
deducted to the total amount of the lot. Then after the Documentations are finished..
the buyer will pay the full amount.
isn't it risky to the SELLER side to agree to their proposal?
