Arresto Menor

I filed a complaint to the baranggay at hindi sila sumipot ng 3 summons... then
I filed a complaint to DTI-NCR hindi prin sila sumipot on the 1st mediation...
Sabi sakin ng mediator since mahirap silang kausap eh kasuhan na nga daw, ang problem eh i need to hire a private lawyer pa...

Ito po ay reklamo sa isang
shop na nagpa ayus ako ng sasakyan mula sa 25k to 40k of body repair and paint
ngunit ang aking sasakyan ay lalo lang nasira at hindi maganda ang pagkakagawa na parang nag experiment lang...

In this kind situation, ano po ang dapat kong gawin? Mahal po ba ang
magsampa ng kaso?

Pwede mo nang kasuhan kasi na exhaust mo na ang mga administrative remedies gaya ng barangay at DTI. mejo mahal po magsampa ng kaso kasi magbabayad ka ng attorney's fees at filing fees.

Pag na file na ang kaso, may possibility na makikipag areglo rin ung owner ng shop kaya di rin tatagal ang kaso.

Thanks for the info Ma'am. Malabo silang makipag areglo since kung talagang professional eh hindi nila papayagan ang ganitong sitwasyon sa kanilang clients... Wala silang paki alam kung anong gawin ko kaya hindi sila nasipot sa mga subpoena ng baranggay at DTI...

Nkapag file narin ako ng no receipt complaint sa BIR at iimbistigahan ng examiner yung shop... I need to be vigilant since ako talaga ang victim sa nangyari...

I hope may mangyari talaga since nagiging abala narin sakin... Hay ang hirap ng ganito Sad
