i was thinking of filling an annulment. since things aren't getting any better. can filing a post nuptial aggreement dissolve conjugal property rights?

no, but you can file a petition for separation of property and have that agreement approved by the court.

another question would be. if i'll buy a house now, will that property still fall under conjugal property even if i bought it using my own money, and not a single penny from her?

another note is we're not living under one roof for quite a period of time already.
