We just got married tru the help of fixer...pls help im confused....

magandang araw po attorni, gusto ko lang pong magtanong at maliwanagan about po sa kasal namin...Kinasal po kami May 23, 2003 ang date po ng maariage namin, same date din po na na issue ng marriage license namin na nakasulat sa marriage certificate ko...Pero di po kami kumuha ng marriage license bago kami kinasal at di rin po ako kumuha ng cenomar di rin po kami nag attend ng seminar, gumamit lang po kami ng fixer binayaran namin at sabi po nya sya na ang bahala sa lahat...nung kinasal po kami marriage contract lang walang marriage license kinasal di po kami sa maliit na church di ko rin po sigurado kung may kakayahan pong magkasal ang taong yon...saan ko po pweding pa verify ung marriage license namin na nakasulat sa marriage contract namin pati rin po ung priest n nagkasal sa amin...valid po ba un?kung valid po pwedi po bang maging ground pr mapa void or null ang kasal namin...taga angeles pampanga po kami pero ang naka saad po sa marriage certificate namin sa candaba na issue ang marriage license namin eh di nman po ako pumupunta dun, and one thing more po catholic po kami pero linagay sa marriage contract namin is christian...pls help po...gusto ko pong malaman kung void ang kasal ko? and paano ko po ipapavoid....than you very much ..

...if i may ask...from fixer...na i submit ba un sa NSO...to update status...may ganun pala..gano kabilis nman ung marriage ako naman i wan na mabilis na process ng marriage..ung sa inyo how long process?? pero kung na submit n un sa NSO valid naman na cguro...i want to ask sana u wer d marriage took place pero kung confi il give u my number if u will allow..thanks

I want it to be declared as void...kung void po wat po unang gagawin ko...?as wat i understand sa ibang topic n nbasa ko kahit void sya if nk registered sa NSO eh valid parin tlga...so wat will i do pr mapa void ko, pwedi po bang gamitin mga ground ung paggamit lang ng fixer? nung kinasal kami di nman kami kumuha ng marriage license, pero sa marriage certificate meron pong license number n nkalagay...catholic po kami pero nilagay eh christian...pinalabas din po na candaba na issue ung marriage license which is the same date kung kelan kami kinasal...pls pls atty. help help help...gusto ko ma void ang kasal ko..

the marriage took place at angeles city pampanga its a small church name bethel christian church...feeling ko kasabwat ng fixer ung nagkasal sa amin coz he never question us about sa marriage license namin...gusto kong ma void ung kasal namin...after ng kasal namin atty. siguru nagsama lang kami ng mga 3 mos den after 3mos di na kami nagsama sa isang bahay di talaga kami nagsama as husband and wife di ko po kc talaga sya mahal...pls atty help help what procedure una kong gagawin..tnx tnx alot in advance..

you should inquire at angeles if there is a marriage license included in your marriage record. if you're going to use the religion issue, you have to show that both of you and your husband believed that the solemnizing officer had no authority during the time of the marriage.

Nagpunta na po ako sa Angeles City Hall pr kumuha ang certificate of marriage license number, sabi daw po punta daw po ako sa Candaba doon ko daw po pa verify sakanila daw po eh marriage certificate lang...Paano po atty. kung ako lang ang hindi na niniwala na walang kakayahan ng magkasal ung priest kc nga di nman ako christian...Possible pu ba na mapagbigyan ako ng court for the declaration for nullity marriage if ako lang ang may gusto.?tnx for the reply...wait for your reply again...

that's a good sign. the marriage license is supposed to be filed witht the marriage contract. if at candaba, they issue you a certificate of no record then it may mean your marriage is void for lack of a marriage license.

Talaga po atty....after this holiday punta po ako ng candaba pr pa verify ung license number, i update ko po kayo..tnx alot


Atty. wat if no record talaga and void ung marriage namin wat next step ko pr ma pa void kuna ng tuluyan sa NSO and marriage certificate ko ang how long pr ma pa void and how long din po to get married again...Thanks alot...and god bless..

you'll have to file a petition for declaration for nullity at the family court. good luck

how long po and need ko pa po ba ng lawyer pr ma pa void oh kahit wala na...how much po ang gagastusin...kahit po ba ako lang ang magpapavoid oh dapat parehas namin gusto ng asawa ko...tnx alot po..
