hi atty,

In on going trial,the accused was asked regarding dates or when it was happen, and the accused answered, "Hindi ko maalala". Is this an acceptable answer during trial?

hello po atty,

ask ko lng po sana.i have an on going case against my husband which is R.A 9262,i had just filed a hold departure order just last month and i just further learned that he was still able to get out of the country.will i still be able to apply for a cancellation of passport so that he will be sent back in the country.

atty.will still there be a chance that he will be deported back here and face his pending case?If i file a cancellation of passport.how long will it take or the process.?

if the court cancels his passport, he won't be able to renew his passport or visa. deportation depends on the foreign government where he is in.
