me and my husband is living separately for almost 5 years now, but 2 years ago he found out that his middle name on his birth certificate was his mom's middle name...i am planning to file an annulment and wanted to know if i can include it on the grounds that his middle name on birth certificate is different on the middle name on our marriage license...thank you in advance to whomever who could help with my inquiry

that's not relevant in annulment.
