Due process

I am an ofw work as a seafarer, I filled my own will due to stress from my head of department on my last contract, I was under Magsaysay maritime corporation working as Asst. Auctioneer/ Art steward. I have served them for about 4 years and as far as I know they told me that I cant go back until I wait for another full year of vacation as a penalty for not finishing my contract, but now I was trying to ask the company/agency on my status and they are ignoring me and telling me that I have unpaid billsm I was blacklisted/banned from the system, not working for them without noticing me or going on due process.. can you help me out with this?
