I would like to ask you Atty. regarding the complaint of the woman that I have cause pregnant...she wants only financial support and we have amicable settlement in WCPC (Womens and Children Protection Center) and I would like to request to have DNA test in the bb but the complaint indicative with them pending...is it can affect my record in PNP?

What if Atty. if the woman I cannot contact anymore due to fact she block our communications and did not want anymore to see me and to communicate...does I shall continue the financial support or what If I shall not continue the support because of that reason, is it I shall be liable in WCPC?

Thru mhuillier Atty. and the WCPC said I shall kept the receipt and copies of the money I sent for evidence...

Not yet Atty. because the child to be born this November...I will only sign it, if the child positive in DNA Test...the girl wants me to sign a contract which the WCPC could not allow until the child is born and I've requested it to be DNA Test to be sure that child is mine because that girl she has a 5 year old son and when she visit her child, the father of that child also visiting and sometimes they meet in the house of his mother-in-law which I do not know what happen when she was in there.

in that case, wait. any criminal complaint she files will not prosper because there is no legal filiation yet between you and the child.
