Arresto Menor

gud am, need advice regarding the case filed against me regarding serious physical injury. the other party tried t settle with us but we cant afford the amount they demanded so we decided to proceed with the case instead.the victim suffered head injuries with multiple stitches but was not confined in the hospital and the result of his ct scan was negative. do i have a chance to lower the case to slight physical injury?
