Arresto Menor

Good day everyone.

My aunt, his husband, and my mother had been accused of estafa.
Now we don't know what to do, what steps to take.
We were advised we need to bail 15 thousand per person.

Would just like to seek some advice on what we will do and how to deal this kind of situation.

We are really frustrated and afraid of what might happen, and we dont know what to do, where to go.

Please help us with your advice.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Val

how do you know you have been accused of estafa? was a complaint filed in the prosecutor's office?

Yes. A case was filed against them

if the case is already in court, and there are warrants of arrest issued, then you should file bail.
