RECYLED CASE PO BA ITO?

hello po, kindly give me a good advice. The situation is that my ex-business partner file a criminal case against me (estafa) which was already dismissed by the prosecutor. Nag motion po sila but then na deny pa rin. Akala ko tapos na po ang kalbaryo ko, lately this week po may receive akong demand letter for payment sa abogado ng other party. Paano po nangyari yon? Bakit ayaw po nila akong tantanan? Ano po ba best solution nito? ano po gawin ko? please give me a much clearer advice kc litong-lito na ako...

Meron na naman po akong na receive na barangay summon today. Same pa rin ang demandS nila sa previous summon na na dismiss. please paki help po...

why did the prosecutor dismiss the case? he may have concluded that there was no crime, but there is still civil liability.

Tama po yung na dismiss ang estafa case, the resolution states that it should not be a criminal case but civil liability. Ano po ba possible mangyari? Iniwan ko po yung partnership namin dahil sa di na kami nagkaintindihan? Wala po kaming written contract or partnership agreement except I signed the agreement to wait for the audit report before pulling out my share of computer units sa namagitan naming abogado. Nagawa kong i-out without waiting the audit report kasi sila lang ang nagbigay ng data sa auditor without giving me such notice. Hindi ko nga kilala yung auditor. Ina acknowledge naman po nila ang mga nakuha kong share of units.
