magandang umaga/tanghali/gabi

tanong ko lang po kung pwede na po ba akong mag file ng abandonment sa asawa ko na nasa ibang bansa at ayaw mag sustento sa anak namin? june 2010 po cya umalis papunta ibang bansa para mag trabaho, at ayaw nya po mag bigay ng sustento.. 3 years old po ang anak namin, na nasa pangangalaga ko..

saan po ako dapat mag file? dswd po ba? o sa brgy muna?

is there an address you can use where the notices will be received? like his parent's address?

first, send a demand letter to that address via registered mail. after which, you can file a complaint at the prosecutor's office.
