hello po. yung uncle ko may kaso for theft kasi bumuli siya ng gamit sa isang kamag-anak and hindi siya humingi ng resibo o something signed to proove na binayaran nya. natalo sya sa kaso and sentenced to 12 years pero nagtago siya. is this case still valid? i mean may nakapag-sabi po kasi sa amin na pag more than 10 years na since bumaba ang desisyon ng kaso eh magiging bale wala na ito. thank you
