Subpoena issued dahil sa Utang sa Credit Card

Good Day atty. May dumating po na pulis sa bahay para mag serve ng subpoena, since wala po ako sa bahay hindi po na ibigay. I called the fiscal who issued the subpoena ang sabi kausapin ko yung atty na nag file ng case. Tinawagan po ako nung secretary ng atty. na nag file ng case 15 mins after i called the fiscal ang sabi kausapin daw po ako nung atty. Ang sabi nya yung utang ko daw po sa card ay umabot na ng 150K+ dahil sa hindi pagbabayad. Tinanong ko whats the best way kasi hindi ko po sya kaya bayaran dahil sa gastos ko po sa mga gamot ko. Kidney transplant po kasi ako, yun din po ang reason kaya di po ako nakakabayad. I have surgery back in 2009, and im out of work for almost 10 months after kaya lumaki po, hanggang ngayon di po ako makahulog dahil sa gastos sa gamot ng 15k a month. The atty. gave me a consideration sabi nya kahit 45K na lang daw ang ibigay ko then i pull out nya yung case. Pero ang totoo po atty. di ko pa din po kaya ibigay yung amount na yun kasi mawawalan naman po ako ng pambili ng anti rejection meds ko po. Ang sabi ko po gang 20K kung pwede gagawan ko ng paraan, pero di ko po sure kung makakuha ako ng ganun sa isang bigay lang. Ano po ang dapat ko gawin? Im willing to pay but not that much at ganun kabilis, di ko po talaga kakayanin? Ano din po pede mangyari kung di ako makabayad? Hope you can help me po. Tnx

I will not put it beyond collection agencies to make up this kind of ruse to make you pay. you can check the name of this attorney at sc.judiciary.gov.ph if he's really on the roll of attorneys.
