NBI HIT..RE:CCARD DEBT

gud am po..i just want to know i have this problem.i tried to renew my nbi last MAY and i didnt get my nbi coz i was tagged HIT..i have a problem with credit card company. i wasnt able to pay them because i'm still in the process of finding a job..the credit card company was sending me demand letter to pay them.since i dont have a job yet,im not giving them any response.please help me what to do...and i dont know what to do.i'm scared...i'm planning to go abroad, and this Nbi HIT thing hinders me in getting my NBI...please help..

if you look at the other threads, hardly anyone comes back to let us know that when they got their clearance, it showed that they actually had a record.

just re-file a request and see if you really have a case, then take it from there

i was given "NOTICE OF JUDICIAL ACTION"..

what does this notice say? it should say what case you have and where it is pending.

NBI Hit for Credit Card Failure to pay ? That is illegal.

A person is considered innocent unless otherwise proven guilty after due process of law. Furthermore, non-payment of Credit Card is not a Criminal Offense that merits a Hit at the NBI. If you can prove that such is the reason for the non-issuance, you are entitled to file a complaint agasinst the Credit Card Company for harrassment. If the CCC says it has nothing to do with the NBI Records, let's ask the lawyers who should be held accountable for the Hit.

i also have a credit card debt that i didn't get to settle due to financial hardship but i never had a problem with securing an nbi clearance until they changed the system.my name is pretty unique and since i never had this experience before,now i'm stressing over it,coz all i can think about is the credit card debt. nbi employee tells me that i got a hit coz of the change of system,but i'm not buying it.could it be possible that their new process may lead to a change in the database therefore i got a hit?pls reply.

1.I HAVE A HIT AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT I MUST COME BACK ON MARCH 15 FOR MY CLEARANCE. ANG TANONG, SA MGA KUMUHA NG MGA CLEARANCE NILA NA MAY HIT, LAHAT BA KAYO NATANONG SA NBI MAIN? OR NAKUHA RIN AGAD WITH "NO DEROGATORY RECORD"? SURVEY LANG, ITS MY 1ST TIME KASI KUMUHA.


2. PWEDE BA REASON YUNG DI KO PAGBAYAD SA POSTPAID BILL KO? KASI A LAW FIRM SENT ME LETTER NA MAY "PEOPLE OF THE PHILS VS MY NAME" THREE TIMES. THEN THEY STOPPED SENDING NA.IS THERE A POSSIBILITY NA YUNG ANG REASON NG HIT KO SA CLEARANCE? DI BA DAPAT MAY ADVICE KUNG MAY NAGING FINAL DECISION YUN IF EVER?
