Arresto Menor

I was wondering if there is anyone who knows canadian law and could take a look at a case involving a company is involved in. I'm just curious regarding the potential outlook, what exactly are the procedures and which options there are.
The companies involved are transeuro energy along with eight others against High Arctic Energy Services L.P.

ps. I wouldn't mind trying to look over it my self, except Iøm not sure how to go about it.
