trial is too complicated to be without a lawyer. if you fail to file a pre-trial brief 3 days before or jud affidavits 5 days before the pre-trial, you will be held in default.

Good afternoon sietepartidas and AttyLLL.
Thank you sa pag reply. Lumapit na po ako sa PAO. As per, Atty. na nakausap ko. Pre-trial is markings of evidence and affidavit ng mga witnesses. Wala akong witness only my own statement. Hindi naman po ako sinabihan na magprepare ng sworn statement.
AttyLLL ano po nag jud affidavit? Ano po ang pre-trial brief?
