atty two times na po akong nililipat ng employer ko sa ibang branch regular po ako sa kanila ngunit sa bawat paglipat ko eh pinapagawa po nila ako ng resignation letter para daw po makuha ko yung backpay ko. wala po bang masama dun. nung unang lipat ko po gumawa po ako ng resignation letter dun sa bacoor branch ndi po nila tinanggap bagkus binalik po nila sa akin burahin ko daw po yung salitang malilipat lang po ako sa casimiro branch,sa sobrang takot ko po eh ndi ko na po pinasa yung letter, hanggang sa nagumpisa na po ako sa casimiro eh wala po akong pinapasa sa kanila wala din pong nangyare nung ndi ko pinasa yung letter of resignation,kaya wala kong nakuhang backpay. tpos ngayun n nman po pinapalipat n nman nila ko ng branch.

what backpay? do you mean there are months that you worked but were not paid for?

yes atty sa kadahilanang ndi daw po ako nagbigay ng resignation letter dun sa dating branch bale 1 year and a half po ako dun sa dating branch.

moderator

i don't think you are using the term backpay properly. do you mean you worked, and they did not pay you salary? or are you thinking you are entitled to some form of separation pay?

are they again asking for a resignation letter?
